Congratulations to Travis Spears and Chris Keeling on their win at Grand Lake, OK. Chris and Travis landed a solid sack of Grand Lake bass that weighed in at 20.46 lbs. They reported hitting numerous spots on Saturday, targeting main lake points in 10-20 feet of water using big crankbaits and a red shad 10 inch worm to accumulate their winning weight. Travis & Chris took home $10,000 for their win!

2nd Place went to the team of Kevin Jackson & Bryan Jackson. Bryan & Kevin weighed in 5 Grand Lake bass that locked in on 17.95 lbs. Great job gentlemen!




John Pilcher and Curt Warren took 3rd place overall on Saturday, with 5 bass that tipped the scales at 17.65 lbs. Nice job guys!

Lew's Big Bass of the tournament went to the team of Curtis Heintz and Randy Heintz with a 5.24 lb. tank.

2023 Cherokee Casino Grove Big Bass Bash, presented by Black Rain Ordnance

What a weekend it was at Oklahoma's Grand Lake O' The Cherokees. This event was represented by anglers from more than 15 states across the country, and a few from our neighbor up north, Canada.

Over $201,000 in guaranteed cash payouts were awarded at this event, including a massive $100,000 grand prize to the angler who weighed in the biggest bass of the tournament.

We want to thank all of the participants that took part in the Big Bass Bash, and hope you all had a great time at Grand Lake. The 3rd and final event of the 2023 Lake of the Ozarks Division is now in the books. We had a total of 152 teams take-off from the PB2 ramp Sunday morning at 6am, with 129 of those teams bringing fish to the AiA scales. We want to thank Bassing Bob and Steve Heitman for filling the anglers with coffee and donuts prior to take-off, and dishing out refreshments and hot dogs at the weigh-in.

We also want to thank all of the anglers that participated and supported our AiA events at Lake of the Ozarks this season. We appreciate each and every one of you. Congratulations to Dion Hibdon and Dan Bowman on their win Sunday, May 7th, at Lake of the Ozarks. Dan and Dion landed 5 Lake of the Ozarks bass that locked in on 17.69 lbs., which netted them the win and a cool $10,000 payday. Great work gentlemen!

Jeff Schultz and Corey Cottrell came up just shy of the win on Sunday. They rounded up 5 solid bass that tipped the scales at 17.64 lbs., good for 2nd place and a $5,000 payday. Nice job gentlemen!


3rd place went to the team of Steve Hardin and Matt Hardin. Matt and Steve landed 5 Lake of the Ozarks bass that weighed in at 17.40 lbs., and took home a total of $3,500 for their efforts. Nice work fellas!

Lew's Big Bass of the event went to the team of Terry Bradley and Matt Gunter. Matt and Terry landed a 6.15 lb. tank that took 1st big bass, and a limit that weighed in at 16.96 lbs., good for 9th place overall.
