Congratulations to Jon Hertzler, winner of the 2015 Lake of the Ozarks Fall Big Bass Bash.
This was Jon's 7th Big Bass Bash he participated in, and it finally paid off. He caught his fish at the 36 mile marker of the Osage on an Omega 1/2 oz. flipping jig in Chobee Craw color. Jon raced to the weigh-in station at Red Oak Resort, the weighmaster laid her on the scales and she locked in on 6.88 lbs. That fish held up throughout the weekend and earned Jon a total of $71,500 in cash. Jon lives in Wichita, KS, and owns a small handyman company. Congratulations again !
